Initiate Your Return
Log into your customer account and select the order containing the Gloomy Bear items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items for any damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
